My first memory of her work stems from watching Christian Dior or John Galliano's couture shows on youtube. Pat has no qualifications in make up, yet her enthusiasm and innovation has pushed her to great heights. Her name became known when she worked for i-D magazine. Since then she has collaborated with designers such as John Galliano, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, and Miu Miu to name a few. Sadly she also is creative design director to Protor & Gamble who ain't so good in the world of make up as I'm pretty sure they test on animals.

It amazes me that a lot of her work is made by just simply using her fingertips - no brush work. Latex, powder paint, glitter, crystals, feathers and sequins embellish her models faces like exquisite collages. She works hard to always think out the box and bring something new to the table.
